A very productive day fastening down our reclaimed flooring on the beam structure. The flooring was acquired last fall from the demolition company who had removed it from the roof of an old hangar on the Comox air force base. The material that we installed today was cleaned up, metal fasteners removed, planed down and re-tongue and grooved for us by Pacifica Reclaim and has been drying in our garage since it arrived. We are fastening it down with screws which will be plugged with Yew.
