The last few days we've been busy getting ready for the drywall phase which involves ticking quite a few items off the list: Framing all of the walls on the upper floor and installing the ductwork for the Heat Recovery Ventilator. While I've been working on those jobs, Karen has been filling and re-sanding the floors and was finally able to put on a second coat of urethane this afternoon.
